Botmonster Tech is a hands-on blog about AI, self-hosting, Linux and the developer tools Botmonster actually uses.

Everything is tested on hardware Botmonster owns. Performance claims come with measured numbers and a public benchmark repository, so every result can be rerun on your own machine. The site also offers free browser tools: an image to SVG converter that also ships as an MCP server for AI agents, a self-hosted energy calculator that shows what a homelab draws from the wall, and the jQuery Bootpag pagination plugin. A free weekly newsletter sends the week's findings, with one-click unsubscribe.
